We are seeking a Head of Marketing & Growth to lead international marketing for all our Streaming Services (Pluto TV, Noggin and Paramount+) for more than +180 countries. In this role, you’ll oversee our international brand strategy, growth strategy and marketing execution for the streaming services, with the objective of building our brands in local markets, reaching subscriber acquisition targets and driving direct to consumer revenue. You will be responsible for D2C monthly active users for free services and subscribers for pay platforms.
The candidate will lead the team that will drive full end to end marketing strategy across brand and countries, title and service marketing; being responsible for both top of the funnel/brand metrics improvement and low funnel/growth performances. The role will be the international brand leader, and will lead on full funnel attribution, manage performance campaigns and overall media plans for the streaming services in every region. The local marketing teams in each territory will report direct to the Head of Marketing & Growth at the center. This role defines key marketing KPIs and together with streaming senior management, will work with regional teams to achieve them. The role seels to manage the growth strategy and initiatives at a central level (through internal and external resources), but also define the most efficient and effective way to collaborate with the different territories in our international markets. The role needs to coordinate all plans and initiatives with the US HQ Marketing team of ViacomCBS (PlutoTV and CBS SVOD Services).
