Overview and Responsibilities

Join our incredible ViacomCBS Human Resources department! We are seeking a Coordinator, Contract Management. As the Coordinator, you will provide critical support in the administration and day-to-day operations of the Company’s employee contract management process and systems.


KEY RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Contract Management – Track and update contract activity through the Apttus contract management system. Handle the distribution of fully executed contracts, timely report generation, tracking of contractual expiration dates, and proactive notifications to HR Business Partners regarding upcoming contracts.
  • Employment Law – Create and maintain strong partnerships with attorneys and staff of the Employment Law Team. Daily collaboration with Legal as it relates to initiating contract requests through fully executed contract distribution.
  • Relationships – Build meaningful relationships with key partners – Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, Compensation, Legal, Business Practices Team, and HRIA.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • You have 1–3 years of working experience

  • General understanding of executive employment agreements
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Self-starter with strong initiative
  • Excellent communication skills with various levels of management and employees
  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Ability to execute, and work with multiple deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel; PeopleSoft/Oracle; tech savvy
  • Thrives in fast-paced environment and communicates optimally across HR and business client groups
  • Works effectively within a team environment
