    Overview and Responsibilities

    Are you excited about coordinating and executing daily operations of the TV Music team? If so, this role that supports the Director, Music Production and the Director, Music is a great opportunity for you!

    • Monitors Pix, Synchronize & heavy email traffic, ensuring executives have status reports/budgets/scripts/crew lists/schedules/cuts in real time
    • Breaks down scripts for music uses and provides script coverage (as needed)
    • Creates, maintains and distributes charts with key TV project contacts, important dates, budget and union/rate information
    • Organizes & maintains physical and digital project files, keeping track of project notes
    • Downloads and files assets (score reels, song files, etc.)
    • Liaises daily with senior executives, filmmakers, crew, talent and artists
    • Answers phones, maintains schedules and provides administrative support.
    • Provides billing information to Vendors/receives & follows up on invoices and time sensitive payments
    • Sets up Vendors in Financial Masterdata system
    • Works in SAP & Vista coding and inputting Invoices/uploading payments
    • Runs SAP and Vista reports routinely & assists with monitoring/analyzing cost data
    • Tracks payment on all TV music licenses (Liaises with Music Supervisors and their clearance teams)
    • Prepares and tracks completion of Start forms/timecards for IA Engineers
    • Works with TV Casting Administration to generate SAG Dayplayers, start paperwork, session reports and exhibit Gs, ensuring their completion by Singers
    • Liaises with SAG/AFM Contractors ensuring the smooth running of On Camera performances, Pre-records and Scoring Sessions
    • Obtains quotes, checks availability, books & coordinates music production activities (e.g. Recording Studios, cartage, rentals, couriers)
    • Runs payroll for all SAG, AFM and IA music personnel working on our shows

    Basic Qualifications

    • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
    • Proficient in SAP, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
    • Excellent numerical/data analysis skills
    • Demonstrated interest in Music and TV production

    Additional Qualifications

    • Previous experience supporting executive(s) in a fast paced studio setting, agency environment or similar
    • Previous experience with union hires and Entertainment payroll companies
    • Previous experience in Film or TV Production or Post Production
    • Knowledge of IA, AFM and SAG rules
    • Proactive self starter
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Strong work ethic
