    Overview and Responsibilities

    • Performs administrative duties such as filing, typing, maintaining calendars, distributing and copying documents, screening and responding to incoming calls and correspondence
    • Coordinates meetings and conference calls for executive and book conference rooms
    • Manages calendar and phone log for executive
    • Manage conference room 4109 calendar & availability
    • Arranges extensive detailed travel plans and itineraries as directed
    • Lead support in scanning and uploading department files to build electronic filing system
    • Generates expense reports as directed
    • Assists executive or department with special projects including Powerpoint presentation creation

    Basic Qualifications

    • 1 +years related experience
    • Able to work flexible work hours to support busy International executive’s office and team
    • Able to handle confidential information in the most trustworthy manner
    • Professional maturity – loyal, discreet, hardworking, willing to learn

    Additional Qualifications

    • Experience and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with staff, other administrators, internal and external individuals and groups and senior management
    • Entertainment industry experience a plus
    • Strong organizational skills, possess the ability to prioritize, manage, and execute multiple tasks, and work under pressure within a deadline driven environment
    • Strong attention to details and the ability to perform timely follow up on any given tasks or projects
    • Strong presentation creation skills and a team player
