    Overview and Responsibilities

    This position is responsible for providing screen credits support to Paramount Television by timely and efficiently preparing and administering television screen credits and guild arbitrations, handling product integration agreements, reviewing cuts for clearance issues, and advising various departments on credit  matters and procedures.

    Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

    • Preparing and confirming screen credits (including determining any underlying source material attribution), submitting notices of tentative writing credits to WGA, preparing guild arbitrations and acquiring guild waivers
    • Request waivers from above-the-line and below-the-line guilds and unions when necessary.

    • Review credits to ensure guild (WGA, DGA, Editors Guild, ADG) and union compliance.

    • Collaborating with Business Affairs, Creative Affairs, Legal, Casting Administration, Production Personnel (Writers, Line Producer, Wardrobe, Art Department, Props), Standards & Practices, Casting, Music, Production, Finance and Labor and advising regarding compliance with all clearance and credit procedures

    Basic Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years experience
    • BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience
    • Experience or knowledge of legal or labor relations in the entertainment

    Additional Qualifications

    • Professional experience in TV or Feature screen credits  is strongly preferred
    • Detailed knowledge of guild credit determination rules and procedures
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Professional and organized
    • Strong drafting skills
    • Ability to manage and prioritize a heavy workload while maintaining keen attention to detail
