    Overview and Responsibilities

    The Manager, Advanced Marketing Solutions, Operations will be responsible for day to day operational support and yield maximization of Viacom’s Advanced Marketing Solutions (AMS) business, which includes addressable video inventory across VIACOM’s linear & digital assets. This individual will be specifically focused on and responsible for the successful execution of cross platform addressable advertising campaigns spanning all of Viacom’s endpoints, including Linear Live, Linear VOD, O&O TV Everywhere Apps, Pluto TV, and V/MVPD Apps.


    Are you ready to become an important strategic partner to Viacom’s Sales team to launch and steward addressable campaigns and ensure advertiser success? Additionally, work cooperatively within the existing Pricing and Inventory team to drive success of the addressable business while remaining aware of all of Viacom’s other Video Advertising businesses. This will require cross-functional collaboration with the Data Product team, Distribution/Business Development, Ad Operations, Legal, and Ad Sales. The ideal candidate will need to be a strategic self-starter who possesses strong knowledge of the addressable data business, strong quantitative & analytical skills, relationships across the CTV landscape, a focus on client success, and an ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively.


    • Serve as Pricing & Inventory Point of Approval for Addressable Sales
    • Serve as consultative advisor to Sales team structuring Addressable media campaigns, ensuring success. This includes advising on allocation, targeting, flighting, and terms.
    • Once deal is sold, take hand-off from sales team to on-board and forecast data segments, and lead stewardship efforts in partnership with sales support and traffic
    • Forecast Quarterly revenue pipeline & report weekly to AMS leadership team
    • Work with P&I team on weekly basis to make allocation and optimization decisions to ensure 100% client satisfaction and campaign fulfillment


    Basic Qualifications

    • BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or other analytically and quantitatively focused field
    • 5+ years of relevant experience at a Video Programmer, DMP, Video Ad Serving Technology, or MVPD

    Additional Qualifications

    • Strong communication and client relationship skills; ability to publicly present ideas and share information
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, employees, external clients and 3rd Party Vendors
    • Demonstrate proficiency in mathematical calculations and spreadsheet-based analysis. Must have MS Excel proficiency
    • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to manage and prioritize the needs of multiple customers
    • Knowledge of Adobe Audience Manager, Krux, FreeWheel, Nielsen, LiveRamp, ComScore, MOAT, & White Ops; other 3rd Party Platforms and Vendors a plus
